This edifice was built from the ground up, and the design was to create a campus-like atmosphere. The Pennfield School includes grades K-12. This site was then, and still is one of Rhode Island's most beautiful locations. This former 40- acre farm is now home to the proud, rural, yet contemporary Pennfield School. The 50,000 square foot facility consists of an innovative gymnasium and stage area, as well as classrooms, offices sport fields, multipurpose rooms, library and passive open space. Project also included extensive sitework, relocation and improvements to existing barn structure, as well as a head mistress residence.
